چکیده
Abstract The aim was to determine the ideal concentration of sucrose along with number plants per container in face micropropagation blueberry under TIS. In experiment conducted (0, 10, 20, e 30 g L-1), we utilized a WPM medium, taking into account explants container. For dealing plant density, same medium 20 L-1 conjunction 30, 40, 50 and 60 used. After 90 days from installation trial, following response variables were assessed herein: total length plant, shoots, largest shoot, hyperhydric healthy leaves. Under corresponding best possible results obtained. Survival rates 22 80% influence both 10 treatments reported, pointing out that exposed treatment more amenable acclimatization. Thus, for TIS use plants/container comes being highly recommended increase yield.

The biomass production of Cymbopogon citratus shoots cultivated in bioreactors according to the temporary immersion (TIS) principle was assessed under different growth conditions. The effect of gassing with CO2-enriched air, reduced immersion frequency, vessel size and culture time on total phenolic and flavonoid content and free radical scavenging effect of the methanolic extracts was measured...

Lilium ledebourii (Baker) Boiss. (Liliaceae) is a critically endangered lily species native tonorthern Iran, where it is protected by law. In order to develop a cost effective method for largescalepropagation, the effects of three culture systems (solid, liquid and temporary immersion)and two types of cytokinins [6-Benzyladenine (BA) and Thidiazuron (TDZ)] were studied onthe in vitro plant rege...
متن کاملIn Vitro Propagation of Damask Rose Using the Temporary Immersion System
For centuries, Damask rose has been one of the most popular species of the rose family. Damask rose can be propagated using vegetative methods such as micropropagation. In this research, the use of temporary immersion system was reported for the first time for Damask rose micropropagation. For this reason, a traditional temporary immersion system was designed to facilitate its micropropagation....

Generally, narcissus is propagated through vegetative methods, but due to their low yield their are not economical. This study was conducted to develop a suitable method for the production of somatic embryos and bulblets in Narcissus papyraceus cv. Shirazi. Bulb scales were placed on the MS medium supplemented with 2,4-D and BAP each at 0.0, 0.25, 0.5 or 1 mg/l concentrations to form somatic em...
